is owned by Glenn R. Anderson and Laurence W. Newquist

GLENN ANDERSON
Glenn has twenty-three years of residential building experience as a
general contractor and developer. He has extensive experience with the
renovation of properties that have structural and other serious problems as
well building additions and new homes up to eight thousand square feet.
He built 21 homes in two culdesac developments in Glastonbury,
Connecticut. While studying engineering at UCONN, Glenn worked as a
trim carpenter to pay for tuition...the rest is history.

LAURENCE NEWQUIST
Larry has fifteen years of finance experience with the Dime Savings Bank of
NY, Shawmut Bank, United Financial, Home Mortgage (HMAC), Small
Business Capital Corp. (SBCC), and LeaseMarket, Inc. Larry founded
SBCC--a technology leasing company--in 1990 which was sold to
venture-capital backed LeaseMarket, Inc in 2000. Larry also co-founded
HMAC in 1996, a $30 million-a-year residential mortgage company that
was sold to Altara USA, also in 2000. Larry has a B.S. degree in Business
from SKIDMORE COLLEGE and a never-completed MBA at RPI.

THE PARTNERSHIP
Larry joined long-time friend Glenn in 2001 to run the financial and
marketing side of the company. Glenn is now able to focus solely on field
operations to maximize quality control and efficiency with each custom
home project. They have worked on over 25 building projects together.
