Each year the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders)
hosts the incredible  International Builders Show.  In all, there are
over 40 football fields of exhibits! Can you believe it? This
amounts to 1.2 million square feet of building materials,
electronics, security, wiring, lighting - the works. It takes four days
just to walk it all!

Now here's the best part: All the new technologies are displayed.
And not just nifty things like plasma screen tvs or total home
survellance and security systems. The show brings out all of the
new building materials and finish products that last longer, that
are easier to install, that are safer, that are better for the
environment, that use less energy, etc.

While many other builders are getting their pictures taken on the
Harley Davidson Motorcycles and entering the hammer-n-nail
pounding contests, we are investigating these new technologies
for our customers. In addition, we read, read, and read trade
publications to stay on top of the every-increasing flow of
information critical to this industry.
