designed contemporary - Architect flew in from Denmark to work with us on the project.
Steel structure and wood framing as well as strapping and steel rods for hurricane
protection. Radiant heat under Bamboo floors throughout. Brazilian hardwood decks
with stainless steel and steel cable railing systems. Acrylic stucco exterior. Flat rubber
roofs. Buderus self-learning LP heating system. Blue stone front steps. Engineered
septic under driveway.

Interesting side-note:
When we dug for the foundation,
we hit a concrete wall. It turns out
that the original sea wall ran right
through the property. The
peninsula has since been
expanded with fill - the house
now sits on top of a section of the
old wall.
